Baccarat Policies

Punto banco is bet on with eight decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards valued less than 10 are valued at their printed number while at the same time Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is 1. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not really people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The total for every hand is the sum of the 2 cards, although the first digit is discarded. e.g., a hand of five and six has a value of 1 (five plus 6 equals 11; ditch the initial ‘one’).

A third card will be dealt based on the following rules:

- If the gambler or house has a total of eight or 9, both players stay.

- If the player has five or less, he takes a card. Players stays otherwise.

- If the gambler holds, the bank hits on 5 or lower. If the player takes a card, a chart is used to decide if the house holds or hits.

Punto Banco Odds

The larger of the 2 scores wins. Winning wagers on the banker pay out nineteen to Twenty (even payout less a 5% commission. The Rake is kept track of and cleared out once you quit the game so ensure you still have funds left just before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pays 1:1. Winning wagers for a tie normally pay 8 to 1 but on occasion 9:1. (This is a poor wager as ties occur lower than one in every 10 hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. However odds are astonishingly better for nine to one vs. 8 to 1)

Played properly baccarat banque gives fairly good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Banque Scheme

As with all games Baccarat has some familiar misconceptions. One of which is similar to a misunderstanding in roulette. The past isn’t a fore-teller of events yet to happen. Tracking past outcomes at a table is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most established and definitely the most accomplished course of action is the one, three, two, six method. This technique is employed to maximize earnings and limit losses.

Begin by placing one dollar. If you succeed, add one more to the 2 on the game table for a sum total of 3 chips on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain 6 on the table, remove four so you keep 2 on the 3rd round. If you come away with a win on the third bet, deposit 2 to the 4 on the game table for a grand total of 6 on the 4th bet.

If you lose on the first round, you take a hit of one. A profit on the first bet followed by a loss on the 2nd creates a hit of two. Wins on the initial two with a hit on the third provides you with a take of 2. And success on the initial 3 with a loss on the fourth means you are even. Winning all four wagers gives you with 12, a gain of ten. This means you can give up the 2nd wager 5 instances for every favorable streak of four wagers and in the end, are even.
